⁠Valair Techlog-Scanner

The Valair Techlog-Scanner monitors the /dump directory and awaits photos to be placed there (e.g. by a web application after upload). It then places it into the correct /techlog directory, if it can interpret the barcode, or into the /techlog/__not_recognized-subdirectory, if there is no barcode on the photo.
