⁠Why this image

Just for my convenience (for using in my own kubernetes home cluster).

It's slightly different from original Dockerfile:

• It uses pip published package (not built from source)
• It's a shorter dockerfile (only 3 layers)
• It's multiarch (arm64 and x86)
