Just adjust and run the docker-compose.yml from the repository. After finishing the setup kimai warns that the installation directory is still there and that it should be deleted. Just restart the kimai container (e.g. docker-compose down + docker-compose up) and an attached script will automatically get rid of it. Enjoy!
