Dockerfile for jupyter/scipi-notebook modified by
Pranav Kumar Mishra to add the following features. Original docker image pranavmishra90/datascience
jupyter/scipi-notebook and had breaking changes)Build the first image. The CACHEBUST is looking for the line ARG CACHEBUST=1, which breaks the stored image layers. This has been inserted prior to the major modifications I have made, deviating from jupyter's image.
# cd docker
docker build -t singulab:nightly -t pranavmishra90/singulab:nightly --build-arg CACHEBUST=$(date +%s) .
docker push pranavmishra90/singulab:nightly
After testing, create the additional tags
docker tag singulab:nightly pranavmishra90/singulab:nightly
docker tag singulab:nightly pranavmishra90/singulab:latest
docker tag singulab:nightly pranavmishra90/singulab:v0.0.<increment number here>
Push to DockerHub
docker push --all-tags singulab
Run the following commands
pre-commit install
Testing the container: mounting in current directory
