⁠preCICE Docker Releases

⁠Target audience

Everyone who wants to use a consistent docker image for testing against preCICE including nightly builds of the develop branch. This is especially useful for CI of adapters.

The precice/precice:nightly simplifies testing adapters and language bindings against the current develop of preCICE, which makes it easier to prepare for upcoming changes and breaking releases.

• Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
• preCICE installation via Debian package
• Unprivileged user precice with home directory and bash shell for non-root testing
