⁠MarkLogic MCP Server

An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that lets MCP-compatible clients (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or any MCP-aware agent) search, retrieve, and cite documents stored in MarkLogic Server, backed by the MarkLogic Retrieval API (MRA).

This image contains the MarkLogic MCP server only. It does not include MarkLogic Server itself, the MarkLogic Retrieval API (MRA) deployer, or example configuration files.

⁠Get started

To deploy MRA to your MarkLogic Server, configure this image, and connect an MCP client, go to the deployer repository:

That repository's releases include a ZIP containing the MRA deployer, sample .env/config.yaml/docker-compose.yaml files, and full setup documentation.

⁠Tags

Images are tagged to match the MarkLogic MCP release version, e.g. marklogic/marklogic-mcp:<version>.
