Image to add Launch4j to OpenJDK 11 JDK flavour to add windows packaging to Java applications. Based on an unstable Debian GNU Linux to be able to use this image on as many architectures as ever possible while creating windows .EXE for X86_64. Uses a patched version of Launch4j to accomplish this. Thus you can let your CI run on ARM64 and still produce AMD64 results. The official Launch4j doesn't provide releases for linux besides for AMD64.
