pwlb/rseqc repository overview

A docker image with rseqc⁠, see the included docker-compose.yml for sample usage. The example runs the read_distribution.py script on given bed and bam files.

You will need a gtf file mounted at /meta/annotation.gtf, input bam files at /input and the output will be stored at /output.
