You can use this container for C/C++ cross-compilation in emulated environment provided you have installed qemu-user in the host system. Please note, that you can also remotely debug your app. Please create a project from user template "next" and consult the script that is run before start of the debugger. Produced binaries are for ARMv6 and should run without modification on any RasperryPi flavour including Pi 1 and Pi Zero.
