⚠️ Starting with
v2.2.7, sopa's Docker images are no longer released. Instead, you can access them from biocontainers or seqera.
This hub contains the different Sopa images, depending on the segmentation tool to be used. The default sopa image contains no extra.
The Docker images are available for Linux only (for now).
For instance, you can install the Sopa images as follows:
# image without any extra
docker pull quentinblampey/sopa:latest
# image with sopa+proseg
docker pull quentinblampey/sopa:latest-proseg
