Download or update the image

docker pull quodpipax/docker-yandex-disk

Create a container from the image

docker run -d --restart=unless-stopped --name yandex-disk -v D:\YandexDisk:/root/Yandex.Disk quodpipax/docker-yandex-disk

where D:\YandexDisk is a path where you want YandexDisk folder to be on your system.

First setup to create OAuth token and for the app to configure paths etc.

docker exec yandex-disk yandex-disk setup

where you need to authorize into your account.

After that everything should be working and running.

You can check current status with

docker exec yandex-disk yandex-disk status

When you need to start it again use this command to start the container:

docker start yandex-disk

And this command, to start Yandex-Disk app itself:

docker exec yandex-disk yandex-disk start

If you want to exclude some folders from syncing, use --exclude-dirs=DIR1,DIR2,... argument with start or sync if you are already running Yandex-Disk.

Example:

docker exec yandex-disk yandex-disk start --exclude-dirs=Photos,Work,Videos,Documents,Фотокамера,Корзина

For simplicity you can create batch files for all these commands.

If you need to stop Yandex Disk

docker exec yandex-disk yandex-disk stop

And if you need to stop the container

docker stop yandex-disk

If you want to remove the container

docker rm yandex-disk
