⁠Pandoc Clipboard

A simple online GUI tool for pandoc, based on angular and node.

When I'm writing my papers, I write in markdown format and typeset in latex format. This is a tool aiding and automating my switching back and forth between different writing formats.

⁠Installing

⁠Method 1: install on host machine

Clone this repo.

⁠Pre-requisite

Make sure that you have pandoc installed because the backend will call node's child_process.spawnSync.

⁠Installing frontend

cd to the frontend directory and run

npm install && npm run-script build

⁠Installing backend

cd to the backend directory and run

npm install

⁠Method 2: docker

Run

docker build -t pandoc_clipboard .

⁠Running

⁠If installed via method 1

cd to the backend directory and run

npm start

⁠If installed via method 2

docker run --rm -p 3000:3000 pandoc_clipboard
