⁠Qyber Debian Nomad Image

This generates the registry.qyber.black/docker/img-debian-nomad image, based on the debian:testing image. It is used on qyber for accessing nomad clusters. We update the image automatically on a monthly basis to the latest software versions. Use the tag latest. The image is available here:

• registry.qyber.black/docker/debian-nomad (local protected registry)
• qyber/debian-nomad⁠ (public on docker hub⁠)
