To start with XRDP enabled:

docker run --rm -tid --name ubuntu_dev -p3350:3350 -p3390:3389 r1cs3c/ubuntu-dev:latest bash -c 'service xrdp restart; /bin/bash'

To add a bit more memory stability I would recommend adding a -m statement, for example:

docker run --rm -tid --name ubuntu_dev -m4G -p3350:3350 -p3390:3389 r1cs3c/ubuntu-dev:latest bash -c 'service xrdp restart; /bin/bash'

Notes:

• Rm will delete the container when is stoped.
• ports 3350 and 3390 are used in case the container is run in windows so that there is no conflict with the OS.
• 3350 is required for xrdp to work
• The command was tested in Ubuntu and Kali Linux.
• Default passwords: ubuntu/ubuntu and root/toor; please ensure you change these.
