I am not affiliated with the developers of Enriched Domain Detector, I'm just a bioinformatician who wanted to use it but ran into issues managing the outdated Python 2 dependencies. The EDD source code⁠ is available on GitHub, and the 2014 NAR paper⁠ describing the tool was written by Lund, Oldenburg and Collas. The Dockerfile used to build this image⁠ is in my fork of the EDD repository.
