⁠Myrient Downloader + VNC (kasm)

I created this image so that I could use Myrient Downloader on my headless unRAID server. It will run the Myrient Downloader AppImage in a Docker container with VNC (kasm) web interface access.

It grabs the AppImage from https://github.com/bradrevans/myrient-downloader/releases⁠

⁠Quick Start

docker run -d \
  --name myrient-downloader \
  -p 3000:3000 \
  -v /mnt/user/downloads:/downloads \
  -e CUSTOM_USER=user \
  -e PASSWORD=password \
  --shm-size=2gb \
  ramenator/myrient-downloader-kasm:latest

Then access the web interface at your host IP address: e.g. https://192.168.1.100:3000⁠, https://localhost:3000⁠, etc.

⁠All Options

• -p 3000:3000 - Web UI port
• -v /path/to/downloads:/downloads - Download location
• -v /path/to/config:/config - Config persistence (optional)
• -e CUSTOM_USER=user - Web UI username (required)
• -e PASSWORD=password - Web UI password (required)
• -e PUID=1000 - User ID for file permissions
• -e PGID=1000 - Group ID for file permissions
• -e TZ=America/New_York - Timezone
• --shm-size=2gb - Shared memory (required for Electron)
