ramondeklein/scratchwithtmp repository overview

This image is completely empty, but has a writable /tmp folder. This image can be used by applications that don't need any libraries (i.e. statically compiled executables), but do need to write to the /tmp directory. Normal scratch derived images don't have a /tmp folder and it's a bit awkward to create one from the Dockerfile.
