⁠How to use

Pull this image:

docker pull registryhj/mariadb:<tag_name>

Run container in background:

docker run -d \
    --name <container_name> \
    -p <port>:3306 \
    -e MARIADB_ROOT_PASSWORD=<password> \
    registryhj/mariadb:<tag_name>

or Initialize with a specific User and Database:

docker run -d \
    --name <container_name> \
    -p <port>:3306 \
    -e MARIADB_ROOT_PASSWORD=<password> \
    -e MARIADB_USER=<user> \
    -e MARIADB_PASSWORD=<password> \
    -e MARIADB_DATABASE=<database> \
    registryhj/mariadb:<tag_name>

Container MariaDB Client Access:

docker exec -it <container_name> mariadb -u root -p

or Access to a specific Database with a User:

docker exec -it <container_name> mariadb -u <user> -p <database>

  • linux/amd64
  • linux/arm64

As with all Docker images, these likely also contain other software which may be under other licenses (such as Bash, etc from the base distribution, along with any direct or indirect dependencies of the primary software being contained).

Some additional license information which was able to be auto-detected might be found in the repo-info repository's mariadb/ directory⁠⁠.

As for any pre-built image usage, it is the image user's responsibility to ensure that any use of this image complies with any relevant licenses for all software contained within.
