ITK_NiftyMIC is a necessary requirement for NiftyMIC, a tool for motion correction and volumetric image reconstruction of 2D ultra-fast MRI. This Docker image therefore represents the basis for the NiftyMIC (and SimpleReg dependencies) Docker images.
