⁠Laravel Docker Images

Already-compiled PHP-based Images to use when deploying your Laravel application to Kubernetes using Laravel Helm charts.

Images are used to deploy a sample Laravel application to Kubernetes using Helm charts for vanilla Laravel, Laravel Octane or to deploy workers such as queues.

This project compiles images:

• for PHP-FPM + NGINX projects, using Dockerfile.fpm, based on an official PHP-FPM Docker image
• for Octane, using Dockerfile.octane, based on a PHP, Swoole-ready image⁠
• for Workers, like CLI commands, using Dockerfile.worker, based on an official PHP CLI Docker image

These images can be used to compile your app code in a PHP-ready container to be used in Kubernetes.

⁠Supported versions

⁠⛽ Laravel Octane

The format for image tags is the following:

renokico/laravel-base:octane-[repo_tag]-[php_swoole_version]`

For example, octane-1.0.0-4.6-php8.0-alpine is a valid tag. The [php_swoole_version] can be:

• 4.6-php8.0-alpine
• 4.5-php8.0-alpine

For the latest tag:

renokico/laravel-base:octane-latest-[php_swoole_version]`

For example, octane-latest-4.6-php8.0-alpine is a valid tag.

⁠🖥 PHP-FPM

The format for image tags is the following:

renokico/laravel-base:[repo_tag]-[php_fpm_version]`

For example, 1.0.0-4.6-8.0-fpm-alpine is a valid tag. The [php_fpm_version] can be:

• 7.4-fpm-alpine
• 8.0-fpm-alpine

For the latest tag:

renokico/laravel-base:latest-[php_fpm_version]`

For example, latest-8.0-fpm-alpine is a valid tag.

⁠🤖 Laravel Workers

The format for image tags is the following:

renokico/laravel-base:worker-[repo_tag]-[php_cli_version]`

For example, worker-1.0.0-8.0-cli-alpine is a valid tag. The [php_cli_version] can be:

• 8.0-cli-alpine
• 7.4-cli-alpine

For the latest tag:

renokico/laravel-base:worker-latest-[php_cli_version]`

For example, worker-latest-8.0-cli-alpine is a valid tag.
