⁠Updating CI environment

• Update Dockerfile
• Commit changes
• Create date tag (YYYYMMDD) with:

 git tag -a `date "+%Y%m%d"`

• do git push --tags (also push to master)
• Wait until build finishes on Docker Hub: https://hub.docker.com/r/restaumatic/docker-ci/⁠
• Bump image version in .circleci/config.yml (note, there are multiple occurences)
