A repo extended from lambci/lambda:python3.7 repository, with extra build/packaging bits added in.

lambci/lambda is a clone of the lambda amazon-linux (redhat/centos) from amazon. However, amazon linux has issues running it's RPM db ontop of an overlay filesystem, so yum commands break if you run this way (rpmdb errors). If you are running MacOS or most others overlay2 is the default filesystem, which makes this problematic. This image is the base, plus some packages I use for development locally. The dockerfile:
