You can customize it by passing variables SERVER_NAME and DOCUMENT_ROOT, if not given then values 'localhost' and '/var/www' are set by default.

Includes php5, php5-cli, php5-gd, php5-mysql, modsecurity-crs (customized to my needs), mod headers & mod rewrite enabled by default.
