⁠Wordpress 4.7.2 Apache based on Debian 9 (Stretch)

The official Wordpress image wordpress4.7.2-php7.1-apache is using Debian 8 Jessie. The corresponding repositories have been moved to the Debian archives which means the source-list used by the container is outdated. This image replaces php7.1-apache which the official Wordpress image is based on with php7.1-apache-stretch wich uses Debian 9 Stretch, thus circumventing the problems with Jessie's repositories.
