Child of spittet/ruby-mysql where MySql data is in /dev/shm (in-memory, RAM) for fast RSpec tests

Note: Run ./start_mysql.sh in your Dockerfile when using this image or it won't work.
This command has to be in the container because every time you start /dev/sh is cleared (cos it's RAM) and so MySql must be moved again
