OpenWeatherMap API Puller to MQTT

Pull OpenWeatherMap API and publish to MQTT broker writen in python.
Come with following configurable environment variable and some defaults:
OPENWEATHER_API_ENDPOINT=https://api.openweathermap.org/data/2.5/weather?id=1607982
OPENWEATHER_API_KEY=YOUR_APIKEY
MQTT_HOST=localhost
MQTT_PORT=1883
MQTT_USERNAME=username
MQTT_PASSWORD=password
PUBLISH_INTERVAL=1800
