There are a few problems when trying to run PRTG in Docker. The first is that some settings are synced in the Windows Registry. I have not yet found a way to get Registry items persistent, but I managed to find a workaround to still sync it somehow. In the container, there are some scripts to export the registry every minute and import it every time you start the container. the Registry is saved in C:\Reg\ and the scripts can be found in C:\Scripts. If you mount the C:\Reg\ Folder you can make the settings of PRTG Persistent.
