This is an Ubuntu Docker image with a Haskell Stack installation. The GitLab repository contains the source for building the image; the Docker repository contains the image for pulling, running and executing.
From a first prompt
$ docker run -it -u root -w /root --name=haskell-stack rik911/haskell-stack:0.0.0
From a second prompt
$ docker exec -it -u guest -w /home/guest haskell-stack bash
# ls -al
# use-stack # step thru
# tree
# use-stack # again
# cd hello-world
# cat Setup.hs
# cat stack.yaml | yq
# cat package.yaml | yq
# exit
From the folder containing this read-me,
export STACK=0.0.0
