⁠Dockerized ntripcaster2

• Support multi-architecture, linux/arm32,arm64,amd64. *

• This docker based on the following project: https://github.com/tisyang/ntripcaster⁠ *

Please create a new file config.json in /etc/ntripcaster

vim /etc/ntripcaster/config.json

Then edit this json file:

• listen_addr: default server: "0.0.0.0".
• listen_port: default port: 2101.
• max_client: client limit，0-no limit. default:0.
• max_source: source limit, 0-no limit. default:0.
• max_pending: default:10.
• tokens_client:
• tokens_source:
