base-image：Ubuntu（18.04） tool：Chrome ，Chromedriver，VNC，XVFB

Quick Start: 1.docker run -p 5901:5999 -it ringcentral/chrome-vnc:chrome70 bash 2.you need to set up vnc by manual, there is a script in root path. Execute sh start-vnc.sh 3.open browser：google-chrome --no-sandbox www.google.com⁠ 4.use VNCViewer to connect to 127.0.0.1:5901, password TestVNC. After that you can see the browser in Viewer
