Java web application that let user visualize and change dimension of his data (arff,csv files) using one of scaling methods:

• MDS,
• tSNE in DeepLearning4J implementation
• tSNE in Leif Jonsson implementation.

CSV file must have header. Attributes must be numeric (except class attribute).
