risktoollib/rstudio-python-node repository overview

Docker image for the R and python user fully built in with latest R packages installed. Nodejs is also installed as it is used for webscraping.

• The username is rstudio and password is rstudio.
• Perfect for users using quarto document (qmd) to work in both R and python. You call it with reticulate::use_virtualenv("/home/env").
• Python env is installed by default in /home/env. See https://github.com/risktoollib/docker/blob/master/rstudio-python-node/requirements.txt⁠ for packages installed.
