When starting the docker container, add a port to access the server(EX: 25565) and to connect to the server in Minecraft, type your local IP Address followed by the port of the docker container, (EX: 0.0.0.0:DOCKERCONTAINERPORT).
Once the container is up and running, you will navigate to the terminal section and type: java -Xmx2G -Xms2G -jar jarFile.jar nogui. The amount of memory depends on your system. The more the better, but don't assign too much because the system might crash, (ex 25GB or more).
