rmarcello/websocket-simple repository overview

To run the container:

docker run -i --rm -p 8080:8080 rmarcello/websocket-simple:v1

By default every 5 seconds you will receive messages on the url:

ws://<ip>:8080/telemetry

You can change the delay between messages setting the "datagenerator.delay" milliseconds env variable:

docker run -i --rm -p 8080:8080 -e datagenerator.delay=30000 rmarcello/websocket-simple:v1

In addition at:

ws://<ip>:8080/chat/<username>

you can find a simple broadcast chat and at

http://<ip>:8080

a simple html page to simulate the chat.

You can get the source code from my github. Source code is implemented in Java using Quarkus and the chat is the example from quarkus.
