⁠Anaconda + CMake + sysroot detection

Collection of images that allow people to track improvements to CMake's sysroot detection

We have a set of base docker image that can be used to test the sysroot changes proposed to CMake. These changes allow for CMake to understand pseudo-cross-compilers such as the ones anaconda provide.

⁠Base Images

• anaconda based on continuumio/anaconda
• anaconda3 based on continuumio/anaconda3

Both of these come with the modified version of CMake ( /opt/cmake-latest/bin )

⁠Demo Images

• example_demo based on robertmaynard/anaconda:anaconda
• example_demo3 based on robertmaynard/anaconda:anaconda3

These images provide a /demo directory that contains a test_conda_env.sh that showcases the modified version of CMake inside an environment that doesn't have Anaconda's helper ENV variables set to showcase that the compiler sysroot parsing works.
