Note that the Plant-3d-Explorer is a client app that requires to function together with the Romi plantdb as a server (available docker image⁠)

• Use our library Plant-3d-Vision⁠ for 3D reconstructions (corresponding docker image⁠ available)
• Analysis data must be processed to be accessible by the plant-3d-explorer as explained here⁠
