Alpine Linux based setup using the Dockerfile of krish512/revive and a current revive adserver installation package.

WIP The image of krish512 did not succeed in completing the setup behind an nginx-letsencrypt proxy container, so this WIP is trying to overcome this. Currently, I just disabled the Let's encryp proxy for the setup, but I am trying to correct the nginx.conf in this image so it works.
