Here `` must be one of `src`, `win` or `mac`.\n\n```\nGET,POST,DELETE\n /api////\n```\n\nThe `/repos` endpoint exposes the CRAN-like directory structure and package index files for a given user. The R user can simply set the `repos` parameter in `install.packages()` or `available.packages()`:\n\n\n```\nGET\n /repos//src/contrib\n /repos//bin/windows/contrib\n /repos//bin/macosx/contrib/\n```\n\nFor example the R user would use:\n\n```r\navailable.packages(\"http://myserver.com/repos/jeroen\")\ninstall.packages(\"curl\", repos = \"http://myserver.com/repos/jeroen\")\n```\n\n## Running the server\n\nThe easiest way to start your a server is to clone the this and run docker compose:\n\n```\ndocker-compose up\n```\n\nAlternatively if you locally have `mongodb` and `nodejs` installed you can use:\n\n```\n./run-local.sh\n```\n\n## Debugging the database\n\nAll data is stored in two mongodb collections:\n\n - The `packages` collection in `cranlike` stores description fields for each package, including an `MD5sum` field that has a unique hash of the file.\n - The gridfs `files` collection stores the package blobs, where the primary `_id` is the md5 of the file. \n\nWe don't store raw files on disk. To read raw data from the db in R you can use `mongolite` package:\n\n```r\nlibrary(mongolite)\npackages <- mongolite::mongo(db = 'cranlike', collection = 'packages',\n url = \"mongodb://root:example@localhost\")\npackages$find()\n```\n\nTo inspect the table with the files:\n\n```r\nbucket <- mongolite::gridfs(db = 'cranlike', prefix = 'files',\n url = \"mongodb://root:example@localhost\")\nbucket$find()\n```\n","has_starred","hub_user","immutable_tags_settings",{"_75":11,"_76":77},"enabled","rules",[78],".*","is_automated","permissions",{"_82":21,"_83":11,"_84":11},"read","write","admin","user","storage_size",352211447,"orgData",{"_90":91,"_92":93,"_94":95,"_96":33,"_97":98,"_99":100,"_101":102,"_103":104,"_105":106,"_107":108,"_109":110,"_111":110,"_112":21},"id","000fdb7674c111e4bea40242ac11001b","uuid","000fdb76-74c1-11e4-bea4-0242ac11001b","type","organization","orgname","full_name","Carl Boettiger","location","Berkeley, CA","company","rOpenSci","profile_url","http://ropensci.org/","date_joined","2014-08-07T20:11:17.96065Z","gravatar_url","https://www.gravatar.com/avatar/fc1dafc4b6f5b6576aa7ba7a39bcbc65?s=80&r=g&d=mm","gravatar_email","","badge","is_active","recentTags",[115],{"_116":44,"_117":118,"_119":120,"_90":121,"_122":123,"_50":140,"_141":118,"_142":33,"_143":56,"_57":144,"_145":146,"_147":131,"_148":140,"_149":66,"_150":21},"content_type","creator",72469,"full_size",38678485,75136649,"images",[124],{"_125":126,"_127":128,"_129":110,"_130":131,"_132":133,"_134":135,"_136":110,"_137":-5,"_138":120,"_63":66,"_139":-5},"architecture","amd64","digest","sha256:bea3a52e06e46d516947a6797606e618423775b3c949d74879fd02f204e51287","features","last_pulled","2026-10-04T00:23:06.205512843Z","last_pushed","2020-08-12T09:54:26Z","os","linux","os_features","os_version","size","variant","2020-08-12T09:54:25.868357Z","last_updater","last_updater_username","media_type","latest","repository",7968650,"tag_last_pulled","tag_last_pushed","tag_status","v2","sbxKitMetadata","isPotentialSpam","isHubSbxKitsEnabled","showSbxLogoOverride","sbxTrademarkText","displaySecurityMetadata","tagAttestations","tagsHaveAttestations",[],"selectedTag","attestationsUrl","routes/_layout.r.$namespace.$reponame.tags",{"_38":164,"_171":172,"_158":181,"_182":11},{"_40":165,"_42":166,"_45":46,"_47":48,"_49":11,"_50":51,"_52":53,"_54":167,"_57":35,"_32":33,"_58":59,"_60":44,"_61":62,"_63":64,"_65":66,"_67":-5,"_68":62,"_69":70,"_71":11,"_72":33,"_73":168,"_79":11,"_80":170,"_85":33,"_86":87},[],[44],[56],{"_75":11,"_76":169},[78],{"_82":21,"_83":11,"_84":11},"tags",{"_173":64,"_174":-5,"_175":-5,"_176":177},"count","next","previous","results",[178],{"_116":44,"_117":118,"_119":120,"_90":121,"_122":179,"_50":140,"_141":118,"_142":33,"_143":56,"_57":144,"_145":146,"_147":131,"_148":140,"_149":66,"_150":21},[180],{"_125":126,"_127":128,"_129":110,"_130":131,"_132":133,"_134":135,"_136":110,"_137":-5,"_138":120,"_63":66,"_139":-5},[],"canDeleteTags","actionData","errors"]
