⁠Technical info

• serial image contains both Rosetta and PyRosetta builds. Both images is built with cxx11thread and serialization extras.
• mpi image contains both Rosetta and PyRosetta builds. Both images is built with cxx11thread and serialization extras. Rosetta built in MPI mode.
• jupyter image based on jupyter/scipy-notebook with PyRosetta preinstalled. Run it with docker run -it -p 8888:8888 rosettacommons/rosetta:jupyter to run local Jupyter server.
• ml EXPERIMENTAL, image contains both Rosetta and PyRosetta builds with libtorch and tensorflow integration enabled. Rosetta: mpi, cxx11thread, serialization, torch, tensorflow. PyRosetta: cxx11thread, serialization, torch, tensorflow.
• <TAG>-NNN represent corresponding image for weekly NNN release.
