A simple dash button program, supports multiple buttons

The program can support multiple buttons, and multiple actions (but the program currently only talks to home-assistant)
The container needs privileged access and needs to be on the host network to see arp traffic.
docker run --privileged -d --net=host --name dash-buttons -v config/:/usr/src/app/config/ rrainey/dash-buttons:latest
