⁠rstream inter-engine probe

rstream-inter-engine-probe is an operational diagnostic component for rstream Edge Network deployments. It verifies the private QUIC trust contract between two rstream engine nodes without opening an application stream.

It validates:

• TLS 1.3
• rstream-inter-engine/1 ALPN
• the private CA and peer DNS name
• the expected Edge Network and engine node identities encoded as SPIFFE URIs

This image is not a tunnel client or a standalone server. Use it as part of deployment validation and monitoring.
