⁠RStudio Server load-balancer Manager

A sidecar container that manages the load-balancer file for an RStudio Server Pro deployment.

The container contains a bash script (/entrypoint.sh) that (in an infinite loop):

• queries the Kubernetes API to find the IP address of pods with a given app_label
• build a load-balancer file from those IP addresses
• if the new load-balancer file contains the current pod's IP address, then:
  • update the load-balancer file on disk
  • send a SIGHUP to the rserver process
• sleeps for a configured duration
