⁠PaperMC Server images for x86_64 and arm64

• Set Xms using the env var MIN_RAM (default is 1G)
• Set Xmx using the env var MAX_RAM (default is same as MIN_RAM)
• Accept Minecraft's EULA using the env var EULA (default is false)
• Data is stored in the containers /data dir
• Exposes on port 25565

Example:

docker run -e EULA=true -e MAX_RAM=4G -p 25565:25565 -v minecraft_server:/data ruifpb/papermc:1.21.3

Note: Put -d before the image name to run in the background
