Fork of nextdoor scheduler based on Alpine and does not start with the sample "awesome" job.

The plan:
FROM ryanknu/php:8.0-full, to make PHP available.Crude fork of the nextdoor scheduler, but it meets my needs. It is based on Alpine, and does not schedule the sample "awesome" job that clutters your logs every minute on initial start up.
Use the HTTP API to integrate task scheduling into your application. Use ShellJob exclusively to call your application as well. If you are running in a docker-compose environment, you can map your docker.sock into the container to communicate with other docker containers, but note I do not do this in production and do not know what security implications this can have.
ndscheduler:
image: ryanknu/ndscheduler
volumes:
- /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock
- /var/run/docker-cli.sock:/var/run/docker-cli.sock
- /usr/local/bin/docker:/usr/bin/docker
Then you can create a ShellJob with args like:
["docker", "exec", "-w", "/src", "machine_1", "php", "script.php"]
