Run phinx without including it in your composer dependencies.

Inspired by the composer image, I wanted to be able to run phinx without installing it, too.
docker run --rm --volume $PWD:/app -e DSN=mysql://user:password@server/database --network=container:database ryanknu/phinx migrate
