Save the following scripts to a file run.sh

docker run -v $INPUT:/orau/input -v $OUTPUT/output.txt:/orau/output.txt ryanlr/orau
docker pull ryanlr/orau
sh run.sh input_dir output_dir
You will need a input_dir which contains a set of Java projects to get proper results.
This a sample input folder: https://www.dropbox.com/s/m7r1cdcfavxgkaw/testdir.zip?dl=0. Please unzip it first before running the program.
