Convert a directory of images into a static HTML directory. This is a companion to "Bookmark2Screenshot"⁠

There was a tool for doing this in the FreeBSD ports tree that I can't remember the name of. So I went looking for a newfangled one, and there are a lot of crappy ones. Much trial and error. Much hope lost for the future of humanity. But lo, this one "fgallery"⁠ was actually quite good, but ut has abysmal library dependencies. So docker is a good way to "freeze" it in time and give it "toaster" simplicity.
