Base for other images with user and group management

Comes with Alpine 3.7⁠ and gosu 1.10⁠ with all users execution rights.

Entrypoint to create a "visitor" user on run with --user arg.

⁠Extend it into another image:

FROM salade2chats/base:1.0.5

⁠Use in child image

Permit to launch child image with user and group management:

$ docker run --rm -ti CHILD gosu CMD
