salgat/elasticsearch-head repository overview

This downloads the latest version of ElasticSearch-Head from the Github repository and replaces the Gruntfile with an updated hostname to work with Docker. Remember to expose port 9100 to access this, and that this needs access (usually by linking) to ElasticSearch running on port 9200.
