A simple container for Samba Domain Controller based on LasLabs container.

/samba
The smb.conf will be auto generated based on runtime environment variables in /samba/etc if non-supplied.
Samba data will be placed in /samba/lib.
Samba log will be written to /samba/logs.
Can be individually specified but --network=host recommended to minimize latency.
Note As of 0.2.0 ports 139 and 445 are not exposed as this container is intended for use as a DC and samba recommend not also using a DC instance and a fileserver. Not exposing these ports simplifies subsequent setup of an SMB fileserver on the same machine.
